i’ve had this wedding edited and ready to post for quite some time. i just couldn’t get myself to share this wedding til i found the right words. and it pissed me off. waiting days, and still nothing. then i found these words written by andria lindquist. and they were perfect. ”not as obvious when it’s missing, but impossible to ignore when it’s present. that aura about a couple that just emit the truest, most pure love. you cant ignore it.”

being around jordan and matt makes you want to be in love. it makes you want to feel what they feel. jordan and matt have left me with a joy and an admiration for what a wedding can mean.

their love struck me.

i can’t begin to tell you guys how much this summer has changed my life. for starters, i was able to travel so much and photograph so many different people and places. i feel endlessly blessed by the amazing people i work with on the daily and these two are no exception. megan and marcus trusted me with the huge, freakin huge, honor or capturing their day. and well, this is what i captured.

p.s. megan and marcus rule and their wedding ruled and holy heck their family and friends are kick ass and to give you an example of this awesomeness, the brides brother was a groomsman and is a professional yoy-er. yes. you heard right. see below for proof.

on one of the coldest days of winter, i shot an engagement session for two rad people. you can see them here. suiting then that i shot the same two people’s wedding on one of the hottest days this summer. those people are austin and ruth.

their day was a beautiful display of love between two people, two families, and a whole bunch of friends. so blessed to have been part of their incredible celebration.

austin’s mom hand-made all of the decorations out of reused and re-purposed paper. thumbs up barb.

austin and ruth have been writing love letters back and forth in this journal ever since they started dating.

to start off my spring break, i was beyond honored to shoot megan and devan’s wedding. it was crazy fun and a beyond beautiful day.

this is the duck chair that megan used to get her hair cut as a kid. it is fly. street cred.

what could be better that cats on a wedding day?

military tribute at the reception was incredible. so many amazing guys serving this county in the wedding.

i love these guys so hard. but really. they are both beautiful inside and out and more than that- give their lives and love for others. it would be an understatement to say that this day was most rad in every way possible. i am beyond honored to have been invited to capture their love- and what a love it is.

kaylee and marc’s wedding, relationship, family, and every other piece to their day was absolutely magical.
